It's time for another Life in Color post! Life in Color is a small group of female bloggers (predominately pro-photographers, but photo enthusiasts are also well represented) who are taking on a monthly challenge together. Each member posts once a month with a post and photos that fall into the category of “Life in Color.” It’s fairly wide open, so I’m excited to see what the other ladies come up with each month. This month, I knew exactly what I wanted to write about. I wanted to share a glimpse of the whirlwind that was my life over the last few weeks. Nothing has been more colorful than the last two weeks of performances and the surrounding activities. Looking back, I still can't believe that we went from a first cast meeting to a full, realized production of Les Misèrables in only six weeks.
I don't quite know how to write this post, so I'm going to hold off on the mushy gushy for another day. I just finished up one of the most incredible experiences of my lifetime, and it's been hard to put it into words. I met the best people, I learned so much, and I cried a lot of I'm-so-in-love-with-life-I-might-burst kind of tears.
Until I can gather my thoughts a little bit more, these photos will have to suffice as my attempt to catch you up on my brain. What a vibrant, intense few weeks it's been. And now to catch my breath a little, while I take some time to soak it all in.
One of my favorite things about this series is the community we have been building together. Each woman approaches the month with a different perspective, and I'm so glad for the reminder that we are all experiencing life in different ways, at different paces. So, if you would, please visit my friend Caili's blog, and leave her some love on her month of Life in Color. And have a lovely Tuesday!
