This giveaway is sponsored by Empowerment Studio and Kinzie Ferguson, The Empowerment Photographer ("Sponsor").
Entry Period
The giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time on June 23, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on June 30, 2026 ("Entry Period"). Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be eligible.
Eligibility
The giveaway is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old and legally eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Empowerment Studio are not eligible to win.
How to Enter
To receive three (3) entries:
Submit your email address through the giveaway form; and
Invite ten (10) friends to join the Empowerment Studio Facebook Group: http://www.facebook.com/groups/empowermentstudiokcmo
Both steps must be completed for your entry to be valid.
Participants receive two (2) additional entries for every additional ten (10) friends they successfully invite to the Facebook Group during the Entry Period.
Invited members should be real people who would genuinely enjoy and benefit from the community. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries generated through fake accounts, spam activity, or other fraudulent methods.
By entering, participants agree to receive email communications from Empowerment Studio. Participants may unsubscribe at any time.
Prize
One (1) winner will receive an Empowerment Studio Boudoir Experience with an approximate retail value of $2,000, including:
Empowerment Boudoir Style Guide
Empowerment Questionnaire
Prep email sequence
Access to the Client Lingerie Closet (over 300 pieces, sizes XS-6X)
Professional hair and makeup
One outfit (either from the Client Lingerie Closet or the winner's own wardrobe)
One-hour in-studio boudoir session
Image reveal and ordering appointment
The winner may apply the full $2,000 prize value toward any Empowerment Studio boudoir package of their choice. If the selected package exceeds $2,000 in value, the winner is responsible for paying the difference.
Winner Selection and Notification
One winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
The winner will be announced during a live drawing hosted by Empowerment Studio.
To claim the prize, the winner must either:
Be present during the live drawing and follow the instructions given at that time; or
Watch the replay and contact Empowerment Studio with the secret code word announced during the live drawing within twenty-four (24) hours of the drawing.
If the selected winner does not claim the prize within the required timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected.
Prize Redemption
The winner must schedule their consultation call within seven (7) days of claiming the prize.
The consultation call must take place within fourteen (14) days of claiming the prize.
The boudoir session itself must be completed on or before January 31, 2027. Any unused prize value remaining after that date will be forfeited.
Prize Restrictions
The prize:
Has no cash value
Cannot be redeemed for cash
Cannot be transferred to another person
Cannot be applied to previous purchases, existing contracts, completed sessions, or active payment plans
Applies only to a new Empowerment Studio boudoir experience
Previous Empowerment Studio clients are welcome to enter and win.
General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, platform issues, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the giveaway.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process, violates these rules, uses fraudulent methods, or attempts to gain an unfair advantage.
Release of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Empowerment Studio, Kinzie Ferguson, and their affiliates, representatives, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance and use of the prize.
