I’ll honor the fuck outta your pronouns (and if you’re wanting to try on a different set of pronouns than you use in your day-to-day life, let me know). We love our queer and trans* clients, and we do everything we can to make you feel, not only welcome, but CELEBRATED in your identities.

Tbh, I really look forward to the day when that doesn't need to be a question on an FAQ page, because it would just be a given. But in the meantime, let me say this: No matter who you are, I think you're awesome, and I would love to photograph you.

I do! But I’ve got a pretty strict rule about when I use photoshop. I call it the 2-Month Rule: I’ll photoshop out anything that wouldn’t still be there in two months. Goodbye bruises and cat scratches. Fare thee well, bug bites and pimples and smart watch tan lines! But your stretch marks and your fat rolls and your dimples, those will stay. But I promise, I’ll make sure you look goooooood in these pictures! And you might even gain a new appreciation for those parts of your body that you’ve had a hard time with in the past. Boudoir is magic.

After you book, you’ll receive an email from me (Kinzie) to book a call. On the call, we look through the Empowerment Studio magazine together, dream about your session, and decide which collection is right for you - - based on if you want to do a full or mini boudoir session, what products you're most interested in, and also your budget. There's no pressure to pick any specific package, but I am happy to offer my advice on what might be the best fit for you based on your situation as I understand it. We’ll also begin planning which pre-payment bonuses you want to indulge in.

We will also kick off your pre-payment plan on the call (we can always start payments on a later date!) or get you set up to pay in full to unlock that 10% collection discount.

Once you’re paid in full, we’ll schedule your session and then you’ll get to come into the Empowerment Studio for an incredibly joyful and beautiful experience. I can’t wait to make amazing photos of you!!

If you pay in full, we can book your session right away! I’ve got a couple spots open in November, and I’d be thrilled to get you in before the end of the year. Otherwise, your session will take place in 2024.

If you choose to do a payment plan: once your payment plan is paid off, we'll schedule your session! We can definitely keep in mind the month that you’re hoping to be photographed in when we’re setting up your payment plan, to make sure you’re paid in full by that point.

When you pay in full for one of the collections before your session takes place, you get to choose one or more totally FREE Session Bonuses to add on to your boudoir experience. We'll start considering which bonuses you might like to choose once you've booked your session. Then, fast-forward to a few weeks before your session, you'll make a final decision about your bonus(es) via a questionnaire you fill out to help plan your session!

The Empowerment Boudoir experience is more than just making incredible photos of you. It is a chance to explore your relationship with your body, indulge in an incredibly special time in the studio, and then after your session is over, you get to experience your images with a buddy to help you reframe how you see yourself.

The total investment you’ll make will vary depending on which Boudoir Collection you choose — but you can expect to spend a minimum of $2000 on this experience.

Clients continue to have an evolving relationship with their boudoir experience, and their photos, over months & years to come.

Once you’ve selected which Boudoir Collection you want, we'll create your invoice and look at the overall total. Then we'll play around with numbers - enter how much you'd like to pay for a down payment, and then split the remaining cost of the collection you choose into monthly, biweekly, or weekly recurring payments.

Each collection can be extended into 2-12 months of pre-payments. We truly build the payments around your budget. When we find the sweet spot, we'll review the payment plan contract, add your primary payment method, and activate your payment plan. It'll charge your down payment, and schedule the rest of your payments so that they will come out automatically.

Heck yes! We’ve honestly never done this before, but with this sale, if you pay in full for your boudoir collection when you’re on your call with Kinzie, you’ll instantly save an additional 10% off that collection. That’s a savings of up to $600 (which, if you’re doing the math, means you could save over $1000 on your boudoir experience if you book in the first 48 hours of this sale).

I was HOPING someone would ask that!!!! To me, boudoir is a really expansive genre — here in the Empowerment Studio, it’s really all about taking time to make incredible photos of the exact person who is in front of me. And that can be with as many (or as few) clothes on as you want.

So if you want to do a fancy-pants session wearing a tux or ballgown, let’s do it! You want to run around as a faerie in a sunflower field at golden hour? Yes please. Branding photos of you at work, or doing your craft — let’s goooo! Cosplay vibes in front of a backdrop? Be still my heart.
